Exxelia’s C Series high-voltage ceramic capacitors are high-reliability components designed for demanding applications. They support DC voltage ratings up to 10kV and provide excellent resistance to charge/discharge cycles and voltage variations. Available in Class 1 and Class 2 dielectric options, they offer stable performance across temperatures from -55°C to 125°C. With SMD mounting and capacitance values from 10pF to 39µF, the C Series is suitable for power supplies, voltage multipliers, pulse applications, switch-mode power supplies, and DC/DC converters.
