Exxelia’s FP-8-300 is a conduction-cooled, self-healing polypropylene power capacitor for high-frequency applications. It operates up to 700 kHz, supports 5–100 nF capacitance, 400–1000 Vac, 800 A RMS, and 300 kVAR, with low ESL below 5 nH.
