MSA Components is preparing for the next phase of its development. Matthias Keller is taking over the management of the company. At the same time, Ferdinando Mariani will increasingly apply his experience and market knowledge to the continued development of the European Hi-Rel business within Steliau Technology.
The transition was a central topic during an intensive week at the MSA site in Attendorn. Visitors included Pedro Rego, Central Europe Managing Director at Steliau Technology, Ferdinando Mariani, Matthias Keller and colleagues from ACTRON AG. Together with the entire MSA team, they discussed current developments, future collaboration and the next joint steps.
Ferdinando Mariani assumed the operational leadership of MSA during an important transition period. Alongside his other responsibilities, he ensured stability within the company and supported the integration of MSA into the wider structures and activities of Steliau Technology.

His experience in the Hi-Rel market, technical understanding and long-standing relationships with suppliers and partners in the Defense and Space sectors will continue to play an important role. Ferdinando will therefore focus more closely on expanding the European Hi-Rel business and strengthening cooperation across the different companies and markets.
With Matthias Keller, an experienced executive from the electronics and components industry is taking over the management of MSA Components.
He has extensive experience in leading international companies and business units, as well as in electronics distribution, sales, marketing, product management and strategic business development.
His role will be to continue the operational development of MSA and further strengthen collaboration with the other activities of Steliau Technology in Germany and across Europe.
For customers and suppliers, MSA’s established foundation remains in place. The experienced team, technical expertise, existing contacts and application-oriented support will continue to be central elements of the company’s service.
A particular highlight of the week was Pedro Rego’s address to the entire MSA team.
He explicitly recognised the work and contribution of each individual employee. At the same time, he explained that tangible benefits have already emerged from the collaboration within Steliau Technology.
These include broader access to technologies and suppliers, closer cooperation between the different companies and additional opportunities to support customers with more comprehensive projects across several product areas.
This development creates new potential without changing MSA’s established strengths. The company continues to build on its long-standing customer relationships, technical expertise and experienced team.
The management transition therefore does not represent a break, but a structured continuation of MSA’s development.
MSA Components remains an independent company with a clear focus on high-reliability electronic and electromechanical components for demanding and regulated markets. At the same time, cooperation within Steliau Technology creates additional opportunities for customers, suppliers and employees.
