Established in 2002, RF Immunity is a privately owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of EMI/RFI filtered connectors, transient protection connectors, and hermetically sealed, customized connectors. Our products leverage advanced filtering technologies and techniques to provide unique solutions tailored to each customer's specific requirements. Renowned for their quality, our miniaturized RF Immunity products perform flawlessly under extreme environmental conditions.
RF Immunity products are ideal for a wide range of applications, including military, commercial, and avionic sectors. They encompass diverse frequency filtering forms, including filtered connectors and units for single-line and multi-channel configurations, as well as protective devices for power supply systems. We focus heavily on designing customer-specific solutions that protect devices from EMI/RFI threats, ensuring reliable and effective performance.
RF Immunity is a leading company in the Israeli market, with a proven track record in the military, industrial, and medical fields. Our innovative and advanced technology addresses the numerous EMI/RFI challenges present in the dynamic Israeli tech market, consistently meeting customer requirements to their complete satisfaction.
RF Immunity is a leading supplier of high-performance components for the aviation, defense, and transportation markets. In aviation, they provide advanced electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) shielding solutions, ensuring reliable communication and system integrity under extreme conditions. For the defense sector, RF Immunity offers robust, military-grade shielding components designed to meet stringent specifications, providing essential protection for sensitive equipment in demanding environments. In transportation, their durable EMI/RFI shielding products are crucial for maintaining the reliability and safety of automotive and mass transit systems. RF Immunity's innovative solutions ensure dependable performance and protection across these critical industries.
RF Immunity offers a wide range of connector sizes and types in various densities, meeting stringent military standards such as MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-26482, MIL-DTL-5015, MIL-DTL-83733, and ARINC 404. These connectors are ideal for filtering Input/Output (I/O) interfaces in space-sensitive military systems requiring hermetic sealing and resilience in extreme conditions. They can include protective components for transient resistance and High Power Microwave (HPM) pulse durability. Each assembly is integrated into a single package with individually filtered contacts, ensuring optimal performance for military applications.
Available in pin counts from 9-65, latching Bi-Lobes® can be configured with discrete wires, overmolded cable, panel mount housings and PCB mounted versions.
These general-purpose connectors are used for high-density applications. They are available in shell sizes 9 through 25 with up to 128 contacts of size 22 and mixed contact arrangements. The MIL-DTL-38999 family is offered in a variety of receptacle mounting configurations. These include square flange receptacles for wall and box mounting and jam nut receptacles.
The D-Sub Filtered series features high-performance and optimal filtering solutions. The series family includes RFI– as well as multi–filtering connectors (multi-filtering connectors combine RFI filters, transient protection, ESD and/or EMP filters, etc.). All these are integrated into shells and dimensions similar to those of the standard non-filtering D-Sub connectors.
These connectors are supplied with a contact spacing of 2.29 millimeters, allowing the incorporation of a large number of contacts in a standard-size D-Type connector shell. The available pin counts are 15, 26, 44, 50, 62, and 78 in three rows. The current contact rating is 5A.
The accepted wire sizes are 24 to 20 AWG.
MIL-DTL-26482 Series II connectors feature rear-release contacts. The advantage of this feature lies in the capacity to insert and remove contacts from the rear end of the connector preventing the front end of the connector from being damaged, which can result in the destruction of the sealing.
Available in pin counts from 9-65, latching Bi-Lobes® can be configured with discrete wires, overmolded cable, panel mount housings and PCB mounted versions.
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is an ever-present topic which needs to be considered in the design of electronic applications. In most cases, especially when a design fails the EMC test, short-term solutions are required.
