Sensitron’s Schottky Die Products have been used in space, military and high-rel applications for more than 30 years. Our die has a high surge capacity, a guard ring for enhanced durability and long term reliability. Our preferred parts list contains many non-standard voltages from 15 volt to 200 volt die. All die are 100% electrically tested and screened IAW MIL-PRF-19500 as is element evaluation performed on every lot. Commercially screened die also available.

Sensitron’s existing, well established family of devices uses the same technology and process flow as our military level product. Our devices follow the MIL-PRF-19500 flow from wafer fabrication, assembly, through screening and final test. The following part numbers can be purchased in either axial or surface mount devices and screened and tested to the military screening flow. The parts are marked in accordance with the testing performed.

Sensitron is capable of supplying custom design Solid State Power Products and Remote Power Controllers that satisfy many unique electrical and mechanical requirements. The Solid State Power Controller (SSPC) and Remote Power Controllers (RPCs) are microcontroller based Solid State Circuit Breaker designed to be used in military applications. Sensitron’s line of Solid State Relay can be used wherever hi-reliability is a necessity but non-hermetic pricing is a project requirement.

Sensitron’s multi-channel solid-state power controller cards are widely used in military programs worldwide, offering a COTS solution that meets strict design standards. The latest multichannel Solid State Power Controllers a 16-channel card designed for 270Vdc applications and features configurable current programming for each channel.

Sensitron launches the SCP-5282-300-450-3, a high-power transient voltage suppression (TVS) module designed for three-phase 115VAC systems. Engineered to meet stringent MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-704, and DO-160 Level 5 lightning surge requirements, this advanced module delivers peak pulse power capability of 450kW with line-to-line clamping voltages below a peak voltage of 421V and line-to-neutral clamping below a peak voltage of 253V.
