Exxelia’s CNC3X Series ceramic capacitors use stacked technology to provide high capacitance in a compact design. With X7R Class 2 dielectric, capacitance ranges from 1.2µF to 68µF and voltage ratings from 16V to 25V. They operate from -55°C to 125°C and are available with SMD or DIL mounting. The series is designed for filtering, high-power applications, DC/DC conversion, and DC power supplies.
