Exxelia’s Miniature Micro-Layer capacitors provide very high capacitance in a compact, lightweight design, offering up to 90% weight reduction compared with MLCCs. They feature capacitance from 1µF to 1000µF and DC voltage ratings from 100V to 1200V. Designed for demanding aerospace and high-reliability applications, they operate from -55°C to 140°C and support SMD, DIL, and screw mounting. The capacitors are highly customizable and qualified to MIL-STD 202 and ESA ESCC3006 standards.
