Exxelia’s RA series is a conduction-cooled power film capacitor with polypropylene dielectric and self-regeneration. It offers 0.1nF–2.2nF capacitance, 300–600Vac ratings, 630–2000Vdc, ±1% to ±20% tolerance, 85°C maximum core temperature, and operating frequencies up to 650kHz for demanding high-voltage power applications.
