Sensitron’s Schottky Die Products have been used in space, military and high-rel applications for more than 30 years. Our die has a high surge capacity, a guard ring
for enhanced durability and long term reliability. Our preferred parts list contains many non-standard voltages from 15 volt to 200 volt die. All die are 100% electrically tested and screened IAW MIL-PRF-19500 as is element evaluation performed on every lot. Commercially screened die also available.
