Sensitron offers high voltage ultrafast rectifiers, from 1200V to 1500V and up to 3A, which are suitable for high efficiency applications. The SRS Series of ultrafast rectifiers uses single chip construction technology, are metallurgically bonded, and hermetically sealed.
