  • The high-speed, low-power SRAM product line, designed for the industrial and military markets, includes small and medium SRAMs from 1 Kb to 4 Mb.
  • The SRAMs built in CMOS technology have fully TTL-compatible inputs and outputs.
  • They are available with a bandwidth of 1 to 16 bits and an access time of up to 12 ns and can have special features such as separate I/O, fast CS and OE control, chip clear, transparent write, tristate write and cache tag (OD).
  • Temperature ranges are available for commercial (0°C/+70°C), industrial (-40°C/+85°C) and mil-temp (-55°C/+125°C) ranges.
  • The devices are offered in a range of different plastic and hermetic ceramic packages. If required, package modifications can be provided upon request.

  • The EEPROM product line is designed to ensure data retention and safe booting of your systems. It includes small and medium size EEPROMs from 16 Kb to 1 Mb for the industrial and military market.
  • The EEPROMs have fully TTL and/or CMOS compatible inputs and outputs.
  • They are available in the Mil-Temp (-55°C/+125°C) temperature range with an 8-bit bandwidth and up to 120 ns access time, and have special features such as Software Data Protection.
  • Depending on the product, lifetimes range from 10,000 to 100,000 write cycles, and 10-year and 100-year data retention features are available.
  • Industrial devices are offered in a variety of different plastic enclosures. MIL-STD-883 compliant devices are offered in hermetic ceramic enclosures to ensure the longevity of your legacy embedded military systems.
