KRFL family is an EMI filter solution based on uniquely configured with differential mode and common-mode stages including damping circuits that eliminate undesired resonance and oscillations. KRFL series DC-DC EMI filter modules are suitable for use in a wide input voltage range (9-70 VDC) up to 20A output current. The unit is also equipped with large value capacitors with series resistors to correct the stability problems caused by the negative input resistance of converters to be interfaced. For extended reliability, our filters are using X7R multilayer ceramic capacitors only.
The Power modules from KOLT offers a innovative baseplate cooling technology engineered by KOLT. This allows the adaptation of different cooling strategies such as liquid baseplate cooling. The power modules also operate over a wide range of input voltages (360-528 VLL_RMS) and generate constant 400 VDC output .

The portfolio includes isolated converters, multi-output power supplies, and compact brick modules, available with different input ranges, output voltages, and power levels to meet diverse system requirements. KOLT converters are engineered for reliable operation in harsh environments and incorporate features such as EMI filtering, electrical protection, and thermal management. Selected product families are designed to meet relevant military standards, including MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810. The KMRM01-DC28-P300-DC28-CM is a rugged 300 W DC/DC converter module designed to operate from a nominal 28 V input and produce a 28 V isolated output. Equipped with the KRFL01 EMI filter module, it meets MIL-STD-461G EMI requirements and delivers superior noise and ripple performance.
