Exxelia, a manufacturer represented by MSA Components, recently hosted a meeting that focused on training in the areas of Space, Avionics, and Defence, as well as discussing two new product lines and preparing for the upcoming SpaceTechExpo 2024. Attendees included Markus Schulte (Technical Sales Manager, MSA Components GmbH), Michael Schulte (Managing Director, MSA Components GmbH), Ornella Bianchi (Sales Space, Exxelia), Emmanuel Ceretti (Sales DACH, Exxelia), and Marie Evrard (Marketing & Communication, Exxelia).
A key part of the meeting was training on Exxelia products for Space, Avionics, and Defence. The focus was on new products like MML Capacitors and the New Magnetics for Space CCM-Technology & New Space. MML (Miniature Micro-Layer) Capacitors are noted for their ultra-high energy density of 400 J/dm³, leading to significant size and weight reductions compared to traditional film capacitors. These capacitors are ideal for aerospace, aviation, and military applications, withstanding temperatures up to 140°C and providing transient voltage protection. The CCM technology offers innovative solutions for inductive components used in extreme environments such as space. [Read more on: Exxelia, European Passive Components Institute, Exxelia, Exxelia]
