With trust and foresight: A new chapter for MSA Components
In recent days, we have publicly communicated an important change within our company, and it is important to me to personally share my thoughts on this step.
Looking back over the past decades, I am constantly reminded of the passion, dedication, and collective commitment that define MSA Components. I hope that those who have worked with us can confirm this from their own experience. My company has always stood for consistency, a handshake mentality, and values that matter – especially in a rapidly changing world. As the third generation leading the company, with the fourth already active in the business, MSA Components remains a classic family enterprise where collaboration and mutual support play a central role. This deep-rooted connection is not only reflected in our family but also shapes our relationships with long-standing customers, suppliers, and employees – and with everyone who has accompanied, enriched, and shaped our path. It is thanks to all of you that MSA Components is today recognized as a reliable partner and established specialist in the high-reliability sector.
Those who know me are aware that I did not take this fundamental decision lightly. It is the result of intensive reflection, numerous conversations, and honest analyses about how we can continue to develop our company in a sustainable and future-oriented way, in the best interests of everyone involved. There were various options and directions to consider, but some of them clearly did not align with our values or our responsibility to you, our partners. We have deliberately chosen the path that, in my conviction, best ensures continuity, future opportunities, and security for the years ahead. It was – and remains – essential to me that you can continue to rely on MSA Components: on our reliability, our service, and our willingness to embrace new directions together.
By joining the cross-border business unit Hi-Rel Solutions by Steliau Technology, we are taking this new path. We are combining our long-standing tradition and the deep expertise of a family business with the advantages of a modern, pan-European structure. For you, this not only opens up new possibilities but, above all, provides additional security and perspective. I am convinced that this step will not only preserve what makes us special – personal service, trusted contacts, and proven processes – but will also create real advantages for everyone involved:

My sincere thanks also go to Steliau Technology for the open, constructive, and cooperative discussions that have provided a foundation of trust and ongoing development.
