DDRII Memory uses a high speed data bus which has to be terminated. Termination is made by means of a voltage regulator which shall sink and source current depending on bus demand while maintaining regulated voltage.
The 3DPM0237-2 is a sink/source Double Data Rate (DDR) Termination Regulator specifically esigned for low input voltage, low-noise and high reliability systems where space is a key consideration. The 3DPM0237-2 maintains a fast transient and supports a remote sensing function and all power requirements for DDRII VTT bus.
