Exxelia’s CS Series ceramic capacitors are high-voltage, stacked components designed for demanding power applications. They support voltages from 1kV to 10kV and capacitance from 220pF to 15µF. With excellent charge/discharge resistance and voltage stability, they operate from -55°C to 125°C. Available in NPO, X7R, and C4XX dielectrics, they are suitable for power supplies, voltage multipliers, and pulse applications.
