Introducing the new radiation tolerant 80-bit DDR4 space qualified memory from 3D PLUS

We at MSA Components are excited to introduce the new radiation resistant, space-qualified 80-bit DDR4 memory 3D4D64G80LB2860, the latest addition to the DDR4 family from 3D PLUS. The 3D4D64G80LB2860 offers a 64 Gbit with 80 bit bus width and can typically be used as 64 bit data + 16 bit ECC, which significantly increases the reliability of the overall system. Therefore, this radiation-tolerant DDR4 is particularly suitable for system applications with high reliability, performance and density, such as computer memory.
