The 3D4D64G80LB2860 is a high-speed, highly integrated DDR4 Synchronous Dynamic RAM designed for space applications. This 64 Gbit DDR4 is embedding 10 chips of 8 Gbit and 8 bus width. It can be typically used as 64 bits data + 16 bits ECC.

This organization allows the use of ECC to prevent data loss (8 bits of ECC are used tocorrect 8 bits of data). Furthermore, independent RESET capability is offered for customer to fine tune SEE mitigation.

The Radiation Intelligent Memory Controller (RIMC) for DDR4 (3DIPMC0815) is a fully configurable DDR4 SDRAM memory controller designed to integrate with 3D PLUS DDR4 modules, offering a comprehensive radiation-hardened memory solution. This IP core provides Single Event Upset (SEU) and Single Event Functional Interrupt (SEFI) mitigation for DDR4 memory operating in radiation-prone environments.

A radiation hardened by design Termination Regulator DDR4 TR (3DPM0424). This companion chip provides all power requirements for DDR4 VTT bus designs. It reduces power dissipation while dramatically improving signal integrity.
