Description

3D PLUS offers a family of space qualified DDR3 Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM) memory modules, with densities up to 24 Gbit; data bus widths of 16bits, 48 bits and 72 bits; and operating at frequencies up to 667 MHz.
