The NAND Flash Radiation Tolerant and Intelligent Memory Stack (RTIMS FLASH) is a user-friendly, plug-and-play, radiation-protected, high-density NAND Flash memory solution. It provides a high-capacity, radiation-hardened-by-design (RHBD), non-volatile memory module designed for demanding space applications, including geostationary satellites, Earth observation, navigation systems, crewed space vehicles, and deep-space scientific missions.

Radiation Tolerance
The FLASH RTIMS is fully configurable through hardware configuration pins and a dedicated User Interface Port (UIP). Its standard NAND Flash interface enables seamless integration with existing microprocessors or FPGAs featuring an embedded NAND Flash controller. In addition to serving as external non-volatile memory, the RTIMS can operate as a compact standalone data recorder thanks to its embedded high-level management functions.
Packaged in a 38-pin SOP, the module is available with screening options up to space-grade qualification and supports a range of operating temperature specifications to meet various mission requirements.
