The 3DEE8M32VS8094 is 8 Mbit EEPROM (Electrically Erasable and Programmable ROM) organized as two banks of 4 Mbit (128K x 32). Each bank has a 32-bit interface and is selected with specific #CEn (n from 0 to 1). All other signals are common to the eight 1 Mbit EEPROM memories.

Using high performance and high reliability CMOS technology combined with 3D PLUS patented stacking technology, this EEPROM memory is well suited for use in high reliability, high performance system applications.
