The Exxelia 820P is a hermetically sealed, MIL-certified film capacitor designed as a polycarbonate replacement. It uses a PPS dielectric, offers low TCC, 10nF–15µF capacitance, and operates from -55°C to 125°C. Typical applications include energy storage, filtering, and timing.
