Exxelia’s FP-38-300-SM is a conduction-cooled, self-healing power film capacitor with polypropylene dielectric and ultra-low ESL below 3 nH. It supports 2.4–100 nF capacitance, 500–1000 Vac, 85°C operation, and up to 1000 kHz, for induction heating, EVs, medical imaging, and resonant circuits.
