The 3DPM0602-1 is a highly integrated synchronous buck Point-of-Load (POL) power module designed for demanding space applications. It supports a wide input voltage range from 4.6 V to 13.2 V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8 V to 3.3 V, delivering up to 20-A output current (20-W maximum output power).

Description

The 20-A POL converter provides full protection against output short-circuit conditions. It also includes input under-voltage protection (UVP) and thermal shutdown circuitry, which disables operation when the internal temperature of the power module exceeds its specified thermal limit. This robust and efficient design makes it ideally suited for advanced space applications requiring high reliability and dependable power delivery.
