Exxelia’s SMD Thin Trimmer capacitors are miniaturized ceramic trimmers designed for high-frequency applications. They provide low capacitance drift, low ESR and ESL, with performance up to 2 GHz and beyond. Available from 0.25pF to 25pF, they operate from -55°C to 125°C and are rated at 250V. Gold-plated terminations and tape-and-reel packaging support reliable SMD assembly. Typical applications include RF amplifiers, filter networks, avionics, medical devices, oscillators, antenna tuning, and telemetry.
